NeuroFit360 was founded in 2009 by Dr. Guy Romain, driven by a deep frustration over the limited care available to individuals with neurological injuries. His vision led to the creation of a clinic dedicated to redefining what rehabilitation can achieve. At NeuroFit360, we welcome individuals of all abilities to engage in intensive therapy programs designed to unlock their highest potential.
We combine advanced technology, customized treatment plans, and a team of highly trained professionals to deliver exceptional care. Our programs support individuals with a wide range of diagnoses, including Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Stroke (CVA), Muscular Dystrophy (MD), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Cerebral Palsy (CP), and various pediatric congenital disorders.

NeuroFit360 is an outpatient self-pay facility and does not accept any insurance. All clients will be required to have a prescription for intense physical therapy, provide Central DEXA Bone Density test results, and complete our New Client Application.
